National Police has its presence in Orinoco all the time. Orinoco is quite peaceful place, but it is good to know that if something unexpected happens, the law and
enforcement services are present anytime. The "dungeon" of Orinoco is empty practically all the time, but in very few occasions some very drunken people out of their wits have passed a night there. Not a pleasant experience.
